Recycle & Reuse of Treated Effluents

Recycle and reuse of treated effluents is profitable in the ever deteriorating environment of water scarcity. Reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration systems and other tertiary treatment processes are used to treat and recycle water for reuse, reducing fresh water demand and enabling zero liquid discharge where required.

Treatment Process & Methodology

1. Screening, Oil & Grease Removal: Trapping suspended floatables and free oils via oil skimmers / DAF.

2. Equalization & Neutralization: Acid/alkali dosing to balance pH and buffer high chemical concentrations.

3. Physico-Chemical Coagulation & Flocculation: Chemical destabilization of colloids and settling in clarifiers.

4. Biological Treatment: Aerobic or anaerobic degradation of refractory organic compounds.

5. Tertiary Polishing & RO Recycling: Multi-grade filtration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis for plant recycling.
